Odder Municipality has brought together both public and private healthcare services under one roof in the new healthcare centre at VitaPark, located where Odder Central Hospital once was located. Since the hospital’s closure, the area has evolved into a healthcare and business district with housing, clinics and public services. The healthcare centre further supports this development.
Bringing healthcare closer to the citizens
The healthcare centre is designed to meet the need for an integrated healthcare system. It combines municipal healthcare clinics, training facilities, acute and short-term care units, as well as three private medical practices. By bringing these functions together, citizens experience a more cohesive and efficient healthcare service, seamlessly integrated into their daily lives.
We are most proud of how the healthcare centre has established a strong foundation for an efficient and highly qualified local healthcare system. Through collaboration between the municipality, the region and the primary care sector, we bring healthcare services closer to the citizens.

The new physical framework and strengthened collaboration ensure that citizens can now receive the right treatment more quickly and efficiently when they need it.
