Debt Programmes

The international capital markets are very important to KommuneKredit and in order to respond quickly to market demand and handle documentation effectively an EMTN Programme was established in February 1993.

 

The programme has a maximum outstanding amount of EUR 30bn. Notes can be issued in virtually all currencies with maturities up to 30 years. The programme is listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

 

Dealers on the programme are currently: BNP PARIBAS, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Daiwa Capital Markets Europe, J.P. Morgan and KommuneKredit. Other dealers may be appointed for specific issues on a reverse inquiry basis. Principal Paying Agent for the programme is Citibank.

To target investors in Australia and other countries an Australian Debt Issuance Programme has been established in 2016.

 

The programme has a maximum outstanding amount of AUD 5bn. Notes issued under the programme will primarily be issued in AUD in any maturity, subject to applicable laws and directives.

 

Current dealers on the programme are: Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Canada and The Toronto-Dominion Bank. Other dealers may be appointed for specific issues on a reverse inquiry basis. Principal Paying Agent for the programme is Citigroup.

In order to raise short-term funds in a cost efficient and quick way KommuneKredit established an ECP Programme in February 1990.

 

The programme currently has a limit of EUR 5bn. Notes can be issued in virtually all currencies, but the programme is mostly aimed at USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, JPY and DKK.

 

Dealers on the programme are currently: UBS Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Bank of Montreal, ING and KommuneKredit. Other dealers may be appointed on a reverse inquiry basis. Issuing and Paying Agent for the programme is Citibank.
